You can conveniently pay at the end of the booking process for your tour or rental.

Hotel standards may vary from region to region, and in some areas there are not many hotels to choose from. Each one is personally selected by the Seifuori Team. We have established excellent relationships with them so that they can make our guests feel comfortable and pampered.

Seifuori tours will have a maximum of 6 guests per guide.

Seifuori tours are confirmed with a minimum of two guests.

Choosing the right tour depends on several factors, including experience and expectations. On the tour program page, you will find the distance, duration, and difficulty level listed.

Even though the bikes are electric, the tours require a minimum level of physical fitness. If you have any doubts, we have the right experience to give you good advice.

Seifuori encourages the purchase of an insurance policy that covers any injuries or damage caused to the bicycle.

Yes, we can. However, we are not a travel agency and can only advise you on the best way to arrive and depart. For bookings, rely on your own travel agent.
Once you book a tour, we can assist you with hotel reservations before and after the tour. The value you get by booking through us is in the personalized service and support. We work closely with the hotels, so if any issues arise, you don’t have to deal with them alone.

We conduct most of our tours with relatively small groups (maximum 6 people). We offer e-bikes that allow you to adjust the pedaling difficulty according to your fitness level, so everyone can maintain the same pace. Our experienced guides will be able to read the group and adapt accordingly. They will emphasize that no one should worry about the pace of others. We start and finish together, and there are no medals for the fastest!

You will only need to sign the Terms & Conditions and, if applicable, the waiver for minors.

In general, tours take place even in the rain. In the unlikely event of truly dangerous weather, we will cancel the tour ourselves and inform you in advance. In this case, you will have the option to reschedule your booking for another suitable date; otherwise, the amount already paid will be refunded.

Seifuori recommends bringing a wind/rain jacket depending on the weather conditions.
During Seifuori tours, there will be stops where you can taste foods from Ligurian cuisine.

Wearing a helmet is recommended. It is provided by Seifuori for tours, while for rentals it is available for an additional fee.

Your bike will be the right size for the height you indicated. The guides will fine-tune the setup before departure.

Seifuori relies on experienced local guides. These guides know the region like the back of their hand and have an extensive network of contacts.
