Description:
Yoga & E-Bike.
Before getting ready to ride, we will relax in the Parchi di Nervi, a large area of gardens characterized by the typical flora of the Mediterranean maquis: in this location, a 1-hour yoga session will start, so that it can give the energy and charge necessary to our bodies for the E-bike trip.
Now everyone in the saddle, direction Recco: once we leave Nervi, we will enter the towns of the Golfo Paradiso, namely Bogliasco, Pieve Ligure and Sori, to then reach the town of delicious cheese focaccia and celebrations with fireworks that take place in early September each year.
From Recco, we go up to the panoramic point on the Polanesi heights, from where we can admire the Golfo Paradiso, the Portofino Promontory and the Ligurian Riviera di Levante.
Departure Time and Meeting Point:
Meeting at 9:00 outside the Genova Nervi train station.
